South Sarees - Wrong order delivered

I purchased a red colour printed saree of Rs **** from south sarees online. They delivered me a plain saree which is totally different from the picture which was shown in the advertisement. By mailing, they told they will not receive the saree. In this way, they are cheating the buyers.
