Nulete - Wrong product received

I had ordered a saree from Nulete for Rs ****/- vide order No. NL************. However, I received the wrong product. Since there is no procedure for the online return. I tried to speak to customer care but there are no incoming facilities on that number. Thereafter, I mailed them but again no positive response from them.
