Nulete - Wrong product delivered

I ordered * kurtis from there website. The kurti received is totally different from the one which I have ordered. In there portal status is still showing as confirmed, so I am not able to apply for return and refund. The contact number given on the website is not working. I want my money back. Please do the needful.
