I ordered to flipkart for a CCTV (SIOVS Home Security WiFi Camera,
with ***° Wide-Angle CCTV IP Surveillance, Night Vision,
Motion Detection Spy Camera (** GB, * Channel)) on **/**/****.
On receipt I found the CCTV Camera is not having ***° Wide-Angle
View. I returned once but flipkart replaced with same model.
I again returned and ask for refund, but flipkart rejected my return
& refund. I have been a victim of Unfair Trade Practice done by
FLIPKART & ITS SELLER. Flipkart caused me a great mental agony
as I have to compromise with the security of my house.
I pray before you for refund of my money of Rs****/-. Also claiming
for compensation for my harassment & great mental agony
amounting Rs.******/-. Please do the justice as deemed fit.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
