Highlander - Wrong product received

I have ordered a highlander jacket but received a different jacket and that too seems to be local, the price and brand tags are of highlander only but some other brand is imprinted on the jacket.
Even the package was not seal packed and when I registered my complaint with Myntra ,their pickup executive refused to take that.
