I ordered one highlander men blue short from myntra which i received on **th of November. But the same day i got to know that it's damaged from back. So i placed an exchange request. * days later the person came for exchange but refused to pick stating the reason that he was not authorized. After that i called so many times but every single time they are telling like we are filing a complaint and this will be resolved shortly but nothing was done till date. I want my money as soon as possible.
