DHARINI Timbadia filed complaint against Meesho on Jun 12, 2025
I am a meesho supplier. I received wrong products * times (RTO).
As per order requested, we sent product to customer but in meantime customer cancelled the order and RTO (courier return) initiated from Messho's side.
When we received the RTO (courier return) and unpacked it, we have seen different product present in the package.
For this reason, I have started to claim for that to Meesho.
I have submit all evidence to them, then also they are not ready to provide claim (cancelled it without proper solution).
