I, vinit thakur, am filing a complaint against Meesho regarding my account (Mobile: **********) which has been flagged without proper explanation, preventing me from using the app and processing returns.
Order Details:
*. Xenor men's camouflage cargo grey melange trousers – Order ID: ******************_* – ₹***
Despite paying a total of ₹*** for the above Items, I am unable to initiate a return due to account flagging. I have contacted Meesho support multiple times via email and phone, but no resolution or refund has been provided. they says that my account will not be accesseble now because their system has blocked my account due to suspecius activity.
I am not fraud person I am genuine. i do not know what suspesius things i did. if i receive genuine items then why would i return that. I am very depressed beacuse of such type of problems. i am a normal middle class customer who want product in less cost. but my money is valueble and i do not want to waste. no one gave me solution including customer care team, ,meesho escalater team. all of meesho team is saying one sentence that is they cannot do anything and they can not return my item and refund.
I request urgent intervention through Voxya.com to ensure:
- Full refund for delivered wrong product.
- Clarification and resolution regarding my flagged account
Attached are all order proofs, screenshots, and previous communication attempts with Meesho support.
I expect prompt action to safeguard my consumer rights.
