On **th August ****, I ordered shoe from Myntra via the online payment method. Brand name - Mast & Harbour of white colour. The expected delivery date was **th August **** but no product came. I made an enquiry about my shoes and the customer care gave me ** hours to wait. I waited but still didn't receive the product. I again made an enquiry they gave me another ** hours to wait. Now the shoes came on **st August **** but those were totally different from what I have ordered. Different price, different model no. Etc. I made a complaint with Myntra customer care. They said it will get exchange the product in the next ** hours. The receiver came but didn't take the product because the delivered product details were not matching with the original product details. No one is listening. I made the request several times. How many times I should wait? I lose money. Got wrong shoes.
