I ordered a guess men's watch , wich was a amaged piece, immediately on the same day I posted for my refund and pick up of watch.the pick up boy came on the same day and denied pick up due to damage.
Post tht I complained several times and at least made ** phone calls on their customer care. The pick up of the damaged watch happend and then post few days they cut a sorry face and refused refund. And msg d me that they will send the same broken watch back to me.
