Date of purchase/ transaction – **/**/**** Amount -****/-
Present status- I purchase sunglasses from the above company. The product is different so I apply for a refund but the company did not approve the refund.
Expected – I want a refund.
I have a full video and photos when I unpack the box so if my product did not return I am going to take legal action because of its not my fault.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
