GOYANTRA.IN - Wrong product plus the delivered product not working

Via facebook link I purchase wireless blitooh earphones hours battery and wireless power bank on *th August.

It comes to me on **August and when I opened it this device is not as per description. In website wrong product recived page only show there mail address helpgoyantra@gmail.com.
M sending email for register my complaint but can't recived a single
e mail . In website also mention that if wrong product recived customer have to complaint with in ** hours from receipt. I am trying many times to register my request but can't got any single response from their side.please help me also other customers should not be duped like me.
