Watchler - Wrong product in the package and its is also non-working

Hello sir, On ** January i saw a advertisement on Facebook and Instagram about the discount on the watch named lemmfo lem* and amount is **** and i ordered the product. when i got the delivery of my product, i found the product is chnged by other waste product which is a watch of *** ruppes only in a non-working condition. i got totally mentally attack after seeing that. i try to call back the company phone no. but their is no response at all. I want my amount refunded. Please help me in this. i will be thankful to you.
