Watchler - Wrong item was sent

I orderd a smart watch from watchler.net web on ** Dec ** but i recd wrong product which is low grade watch on regarding this i contact to the web on email/contact number given on web for replace/refund but they did not replied after that i return shipped the item to the address mention on the web but even after they not replied or refund my money. Pl help me to resolve this issue.
