Suktams - Wrong Product Fraudulent Website

I ordered * sets of lingerie from Suktams and the website name is different (hastkam.com). I opted for COD considering the online shopping frauds. The delivery arrived on **th Aug **** and took a card payment of INR ****/- on COD. The product quantity is * sets instead of * sets. The product is totally different/wrong product from what I had ordered. They have stuffed the packet with some cheap and roadside lingerie of horrible quality not even with the amount paid. Please help

I ordered three set of lingerie from this page and they delivered such a roadside product and now even the website is not working no complaint numbers nothing please help
