Suktams - Shopping fraud from suktams in

I had placed an ordered for * articles of clothing from suktams.in after having seen a sponsored ad on Instagram. The only mode of payment was COD. On receiving the item, I unopened a box of * bad quality fake clothing which look nothing like the pictures shown. I tried visiting the website to return the items, but the website no longer existed. I would like to file a complaint for shopping fraud and forgery.
