Bosch Home Appliances India Pvt Ltd - Wrong product delivery

Hi,

I approached the Audio Voice store in Lajpat Nagar, Delhi to buy a Bosch Washing Machine, we selected a *kg Front load WM & asked the one Sushil that we are ready to purchase a new make **** & wished to purchase

Now after the delivery we noticed we received an old unit with the **** model which is an end of life model. I have not allowed the installation & asked the dealer to take back the product as this was not as per the requirement. I have been reaching the Bosch Customer Care but the people managing do not even know where the year of mfg is mentioned on the packaging

I don't want to accept this old model & want to return. The vendor as usual is trying to convince we saying this is what he has in store & asking me to accept

I'm very unhappy with this service from the dealer & im been a consumer of your hob, chimney & Oven. But i think this purchase is going to put an end to my relationship with Bosch

Please request you to ask the dealer to take back & give me the product i want or refund my monies
