Bosch Home Appliances India Pvt Ltd - Unreasonable charges being levied unilaterally for post warranty spare part and repair

I am a user of various Bosch home products. I had purchased a Bosch slow juicer (MESM***W/**) online for around Rs*****/-
After the warranty period, one small plastic part’s thread got cut and worn out. Although this is an independent plastic part, Bosch service team is telling me that I have to buy a complete assembly including other parts that i don’t need and the cost is above Rs.**,***/-. This is summarily extortion from unsuspecting customer who trusted the Bosch brand, and Bosch is trying to arm-twist into paying hefty amount that is un-reasonable. I insist and request for a fair resolution so that I can continue to use my Bosch slow-juicer without having to pay such hefty amount for a plastic part replacement only. I am unable to use this juicer for almost a year now due to such un-reasonable and unpredictable condition from Bosch India.
