I ordered Mango jeans amounting **** from myntra and I got delivered mango T-shirt amounting ***, I filed a complaint uploaded pics of delivered wrong product to it’s help center, return got approved by myntra but the pick up agent denied to pick it then I complained again they told me to pick it up in next few days but didi not picked and after giving the worst reason that they further reinvesitged the issue they denied to pick it saying that in reinvestigation of ware house we deliver the right product….
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
