I had ordered Springtek Deluxe Coir * inch Single Coir Mattress of **x**x* inch size. But First time received sleep care bonded foam mattress. I returned it and requested for proper replacement as per specs given in the website. They replaced with low quality local made only hard foam mattress. it is not coir mattress. I raised two times return & refund request since there is not replacement option. Flipkart rejected the refund saying that as per policy they cannot refund it. But actually i don't want refund. I want the standard product as per specs given in the website.
On visit of Flipkart technician we shown the product and requested him cut the mattress one side and show us the coir. we will accept the product. but rejected the request and informed the manufacturer that it is quality issue mentioned by us. It is a cheating with us that showing some Springtek Deluxe Coir * inch specs delivered non branded local made foam mattress.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
