ANGSHUMAN JANA filed complaint against Flipkart on May 26, 2022
I have ordered the grocery items (total * items) total cost of Rs. ****. On **-**- ****, a delivery boy came to my address and delivered the products with two different bills. When I checked then I show that all these delivered products are not mine. I did not order these products. Delivered all wrong products. More specifically, the delivery boy came and put a mixture and biscuits and orange juice, and two bills (without any packaging, he brought a plastic box and open up it and take all these products and delivered them). One bill related to these delivered products is Rs. *** and another is my ordered bill of rs. ****. Based on my complaint four (except two products "Mark Premium Cashews" and "Fortune Chakki Fresh Atta") products were returned and refunded. For these two, I am requested for return and refund but again and again, rejected. Please do the proper investigation that why this has happened. There is no mistake on my end but I am harassing again. Due to the mistake of the Flipkart or seller or delivery boy, I am suffering. It is embarrassing for me. I am a regular customer of the Flipkart but never happened harassed like this. It is totally disappointing. Please send the delivery boy (or follow the other way) to my address and pick up the products which are delivered from your end and return my money as soon as possible. I have lost more time and effort for the mistake of either seller or delivery boy. I am attaching all the products image and bills which have been delivered. Please save me from this online grocery delivery fraud of Flipkart. The delivery boy may manipulate the delivery process wrongly. But I am suffering so much. Please ask your delivery boy and refund my money and solve this issue.
