Dear Sir,
With cited to complaint title, I have ordered the oppo F* mobile order no.OD******************. Respective consignement received on ** Jan **** but,Instead of Mobile,there was * qty of Nirma detergent cake were present in the mobile box with wrapping of Arihant mobile,Nashik instead of flipkart wrapping seal. So,on the very same day,I have lodged the return request(Return ID: ********************) & called customer care about the incident (incident id:IN*******************).flipakart executive assured the problem would be resoleved in ** hrs and feedback will be given to my contact no. & Email ID.but there was no response from flipkart till ** Jan ****. On ** Jan**** I, myself contacted to flipkart customer care for the status of incident & flipkart executive assured that problem wouuld resolved in next **hrs.but no feedback was given to me via contact no or Email ID. So I raised issue again on ** jan **** via mail to Flipkart CEO forum Kalyan@flipkart.com,but today on ** Jan****,Flipkart cancelled my return request by giving feedback that courier partner has confirmed the delivery with product being intact.
But Courier partner cant confirm the content pack inside the box and flipkart wrapping around box was also missing,I request you to look at the matter on top priority.
