Order ID: OD******************. I ordered a new samsung galaxy s* on flipkart, when I receive it, the mobile seems to be a used one and some in box accessories missing. So I requested a return, when I got the replacement product it was a damaged Iphone *s, not in working condition. I stupidly trusted flipkart, was a big mistake and now lost **,*** Rs. I called their customer care, but they didn't care about a resolution just try to tell stupid excuses for the past three days.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
