Transteel Seating Technologies Private Limited - Wrong Product delivered

Transteel is Misleading customers with advertisements and this is absolute cheating. I purchased the Suit Mid Back mesh ergonomic chair with adjustable arms and got cheated by Transteel. My order # ***** purchased on **rd Aug **** in Hyderabad. The chair was delivered without adjustable arms. In the video displayed for the chair it is clear in the video when you stop at * minute ** seconds the person clearly mentioned that the arms are adjustable side ways also. On **th September, **** when the installation guy came to install and when i made call to their office they said it comes only in Grey color and not in Black color chair. How easily they are cheating the customer by showing something in the video and delivering something else. The invoice also clearly mentioned with adjustable arms for Rs.**,***. Please see my invoice and the video screenshot at point of *min**sec screen shot and compare with the delivered chair. Lack of customer satisfaction focus as I had to continuously follow-up calling them up ** times a day post the expiry of delivery date to get the product delivered and the customer care was disconnecting my calls. Once the product was delivered I had to again follow-up for installation for both chair and table and had to post feedback on facebook to get a response. Very very poor service from Transteel.
