Transteel Seating Technologies Private Limited - Product wrongly advertised and no replies on contact

I recently ordered a transteel chair based on the youtube video that was on the product page. The youtube video showed the chair which had height and angle adjustable arms. The chair was for *****. I was initially considering another chair on their website which had only height adjustable arms which was for *****. I thought I'll spend **** more for a complete package but what I received was the inferior version. I instantly decided to raise a complaint and call the number on their email and website. The network said the number didn't exist. I then wrote an email on the address on their website. It's been * days and no responses.
