Paytm Mall - Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered Godrej Biometric Mild Steel Home Safe(White,**L) fro PayTM mall on *th July ****. The order got delivered on **th July ****. I did not open the product since it had to be installed at my new house and due to Lockdown in Bangalore interior work was suspended. When we opened the box we found that the product delivered is not what we ordered. Instead of white Biometric safe, it was Black Keypad Safe. When we called PayTM Mall customer support they accepted that the wrong product was delivered but can't return or replace since it is a non-returnable item. It is insane that wrong product sold by the seller is not getting returned. When asked to talk to supervisor of customer support, he said he can't share details of his supervisor. Now I am stuck with the product which I do not want.
