I had placed an order for puma shoes on *rd jan' **** my Myntra account linked with my registered telephone number- *********** under the name- Akash Jain, I got a date for the order to be delivered on **th Jan. On **th I got a confirmation that the date has been extended till **th, now the product was delivered to my neighbour cause i was available at my place, the next day when i took the parcel from my neighbour then i saw it was a puma slipper not the shoes. I immediately filed the complaint however these people has kept my money for the entire month and not bothering to help me at all.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
