I had ordered a lehnga from jiya sarees and I have just received the order in which there is a suit and I was completely shocked as this was not ordered by me and I have been trying to connect to customer care however there's no response and my call is getting disconnected.
And no other numbers are working to connect.I tried calling the people from Ekart however there is no support from his end as I paid through Paytm so he can give me back my money but he is not supporting.
Please find the photo of wrong order and help me in getting my money back from this fraud.
The parcel is delivered from the below address:
