I ordered a saree for Rs. *** on jookdeal.com on **nd Aug. Order id #******. I received the product on **th Aug. The saree has a very coarse paper-like quality and the border is just some print without any sheen but the product description says 'soft silk designer saree'. Though I didn't expect real silk material and thought it will be like art silk. It is of very bad quality that is available for *** Rs in the market. Naturally, I was disappointed with the product and tried reaching out to them via their customer care number mentioned on their website. I also mailed them and WhatsApp them but no response.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
