Peachmode - Wrong Product Delivered

I placed an prepaid order of * items (* Palazzo kurta sets & * Dress material )in Peachmode, worth Rs.**** on **nd September,****.
It was delivered to me on **th September,**** .
When I opened the packet (which was not even properly intact),I found that all * items were not the same as ordered.They were very cheap( only rugged kurtis).
I tried initiating a request from the App,It was not done.
Then I called Peachmode Customer care,they demanded me the pictures of the items which was delivered.I shared the same.
Every * to * days,I called their care but didn't get proper response.
They asked me to wait for * * business days..So I did.
I expected that I would get a positive and proper response.But after waiting for so long and being mentally harassed, I myself called peachmode care on **th October,****, the response i got from them was really disappointing.
The Floor manager and supervisor straightaway refused me in getting the refund amount even after trying to make them understand my concern.
They were very rude and non-customer centric.
They denied me giving their escalation matrix details when I asked for the same.
I really lost my Rs.**** in this shameless ,worst company,which only cares only about its profit and they let their customer suffer.
Never Buy from Peachmode ,A fraud company.
