I ordered a dress which came on time but it was totally different from what was shown on their website also it was defective as in colour difference from front of the garment to back and uneven stitching. I asked for a refund and they said product was exactly like on website and it was on sale. I mentioned that even sale products if has defect should mention it on website so that we know beforehand but they refuse full refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
