I had ordered Nokia *.* from flipkart but received a lower model i.e. Nokia *.* plus.
Delivery date **/**/****.
Paid through cash on delivery (**/**/****) ₹**,***/-.
On **/**/** I had requested for return through the app. The return wasn't initiated and after some days the seller rejected the return request.
I contacted customer support regarding the matter several times on call and via mails but no resolution was provided. After some days they even blocked my flipkart account and since then I have no access to the account through which I had ordered the product.
The only reply I receive is, "Your problem would be resolved within two to three days".
Three months are over still no one has come for pickup of the wrong product delivered.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
