I have ordered a lehenga from this online clothing site named Vienna . I have ordered a blue lehenga worth RS *** and received a something completely different something probably like sari of the worst quality. When I ordered the lehenga no confirmation email or msg was sent but on ** March **** I suddenly received a phone call from courier service delhivery that Ur order has arrived please collect the parcel and have given the money. But on opening the parcel I found that it's a sari and now when I want to return the product I found no contact details was provided. I need my money back.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
