I ordered for a stitched gown from Vienaa .com(order no*****, AWB No:*************) and I received two pieces of net cloth of very very cheap quality. I paid the money by cash on delivery and checked the product immediately . I told the courier boy that it wasn’t the product I ordered and want to return. He said he is not the person to take the return products and asked to put in the Vienaa returns from the web site. But from the web site it does not have it at all and from the many reviews and complaints I could understand It is a fraud online shopping site.please help to refund the money.
