Complaint against fazefashion.shop for delivering a wrong product and lack of return/refund ssupport.
"I placed an order on the website fazefashion.shop on April *, **** with Order ID: #FZRT******. The product was delivered to me on April **, ****, and I paid *** INR via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Upon opening the package, I discovered that the item received is completely different and incorrect compared to what I had ordered. There is no 'Return' or 'Exchange' option available on the website, and my attempts to reach the seller through the 'Contact Us' page have been unsuccessful.
I request the National Consumer Helpline to look into this matter, help me process a return, and ensure I receive a full refund of *** INR. Please take appropriate action against this seller for these fraudulent practices."
