I want to file a complaint against Faze Fashion regarding my recent order. The products delivered to me were completely different from what was shown and ordered on their website/social media page. Along with sending the wrong items, the quality of the products is extremely poor and does not match the description or images advertised.
The material quality is cheap, finishing is bad, and the products appear low-grade compared to what was promised at the time of purchase. This feels misleading and unfair to customers.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
