I placed an order with Order ID ****************** but I have received a completely wrong product. I have clear video proof showing that the item I received is different from what was described and shown in their listing. I ordered two suit sets and received one piece or dirty torn cloth .
I have already raised a return request, but it has been wrongly rejected, since the product I am returning is completely different from the product I ordered .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
