Meesho - Exploitation of seller

Hello Everyone,
I am sharing My experience with meesho as a registered seller. I have registered as a seller on meesho in October. As I was new to e commerce platform I was not much aware how to get orders and complete them. No help was provided from meesho of any type. Although I managed to learn to process order. Meesho appointed delhivery as pickup partner. But they never came to pick up order. My October month order got cancelled. But no response from meesho. In November I send my order by myself to pick up centre. I completed two orders in November month value of rupees ****. As I was new I don't know that advertisement was running for my product on meesho portal. When they deduct money from my orders I came to know that advertisement is being running.they deducted **** Rupees in the name of add. I request them to remove my catalogue from portal but they did nothing. They are charging for every click.
