Rohit Raj filed complaint against Myntra on Jul 3, 2025
It is humbly submitted that I ordered an Ambrane Stylo Pro**K_Deep Purple ***** mAh USB-C Power Bank on **.**.**** amounting to Rs.****/- from Myntra and the same was delivered to me on **.**.****. But, when I checked the product, the same was completely different. Some Multani Mitti has been delivered to me instead of the aforesaid power bank. Being aggrieved thereby, I registered a complaint to the Myntra thrice but the complaint was declined and canceled saying that the product was delivered same which was ordered. However, I am contesting that I didn't receive the aforesaid power bank. I talked to customer care and the seniors of Myntra, but they refused to entertain my complaint and straightaway rejected the same saying that sorry for the inconvenience.
No action has been taken by the Myntra and I have been left in the lurch and further the payment made by me was not refunded.
It is, therefore, requested with folded hands, Myntra may be directed to refund my payment i.e. Rs.****/-, at the earliest, so that I may not be done to fraud. Thanking you
