From Myntra I have ordered american eagle outfitters women black boot cut low rise jeans (size **). Since the size was bigger, i placed an exchange request for the same product in size **. But this time completely wrong product got delivered - american eagle mens shorts. Then i raised a complaint provided the pictures of the incorrect product, they have acknowledged and placed an exchange request but when the delivery guy came he refused the exchange as the product is different which is the case that’s why i have raised the exchange request through complaint otherwise i would have done it by myself through the app but i knew that the delivery person would ask for the same product from my orders. Then i again raised a complaint again myntra acknowledged but closed the incident without my confirmation and marked the product as exchanged and delivered then again i raised the complaint then again they did the same thing. My issue is still unresolved, wrong product is still with me and the correct product never get delivered.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
