I ordered a pair of cargo pants (colors: black and beige) from a website and paid cash on delivery. I realised that they had delivered a completely different pair of gray jeans that was very old, dirty and of a cheap quality. I tried reaching out to the company by writing e-mails to the given email address and also tried seeking help from the delivery agency but didn't hear back from either.
