Fashion vendos - Wrong items and unable to return

I ordered * cargo pants from this site called fashion vendos. I logged in and made an account with my email id
Now the item that has arrived is a trash worn out used and stained male jeans.
The site guaranteed return so I went back to return the item but it does not let me log in. It apparently has forgotten my log in Id with which I initially had logged in.
Please help.
