I had ordered a Clothing product from Flipkart and received it on ** November ****. Upon opening the package. I realise that the product received is not the same that I had ordered. It is completely different with no tag and looks dirty and worn out. I immediately contacted Flipkart filed the return request and called the Customer Care. They kept cancelling my return request. I kept trying many times every day, and each time I called them. They assured me that this time it won’t be cancelled but every day my request was cancelled. I’m very disappointed and feel cheated as I put in my trust and order something, but I received something completely, different. It is a big harassment for me, Today is *th November yet there is no progress and Flipkart is not helping me in any way. They seem least concerned and do not assist me. In any way. No mails or no calls are made to me. This is very irresponsible behaviour of Flipkart towards its loyal customers.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
