Subject :- Received totally different product and ekart pickup man rejected to take product back.
Description:-
On ** August **** I have ordered stainless steel cooker from flipkart, and it got delivered on ** August and have received a defective cooker . so I do replacement request on ** August and it get approved on ** August, I received product on * September ****, this time they deliver totally different product :- one TAWA and one small KADHAI., Now flipkart is making fool of customer's, instead of cooker they deliver something else. It's my humble request to take your product and refund my money, it's almost more than half of a month I suffer a lot bcoz of them.
Seller came to home but he denied to pick up the product as it is different. So I write to consumer forum & Every day customer care executive make fool of me they tell me that they escalate the issue every they escalate the issue they have the authority to refund but they did not initiate refund. So my humble request is to fipkart to take strict action against this customer care executive, and kindly refund my money..
