I saw this website's add on Instagram. It was selling lehengas and sarees at a great discount. Discounts were up to **% and prices were very cheap as compared to the product shown in the picture. This obviously entices a consumer to buy from this. I placed an order messaged them on a WhatsApp no. provided in the website, also asked them if there was a return policy. At first, they replied to us continuously on every message. But as soon as they delivered the product, they stopped replying to me. They were reading my message as a blue tick is appearing on WhatsApp they remain online but not responding. Not even answering the call. I got a wrong product of low quality and totally different from the picture on the site. I even mailed them on their email address given on the website but no response received. The person who came to deliver the product was wearing a helmet all the time, he also made me sign on his mobile as a delivery confirmation. The website name is www.joodeal.com. Kindly be aware of this website and do not buy anything from this.
