Joodeal.com - Poor quality and fraud

Sayani filed complaint against Joodeal.com on Feb 6, 2019

They delivered a low quality product. When I called for the return, they said that the money cannot be transferred without sharing debit card pin or UPI password all of which are fraud requirements. I also read in other portals that they used these details to transfer money from the account of other customers. Please get them to return the product and reverse money using Paytm or other non-fraud methods.
