Berkowitz - Wrong product delivered

I had purchased one hair unit from berkowitz hair and skin clinic Preet Vihar branch. But they delivered a cheap product on the name of "offers". I paid Rs. ***** for that however the price of that product is only *k or *k only. Please help me
