In August ****, we began a hair treatment
with Berkowitz and they gave us three products. After a few months of use, we noticed increased in hair loss. We weren't aware of the expiration date at the time, and when we contacted there customer service and doctor about the hair loss, they assured us it was a normal part of the treatment.
However, we recently discovered the products expired in ****. We believe the expired products caused the excessive hair loss. Unfortunately, customer service seems unconcerned about the expired products and their potential impact. They only offered to send us replacements, which we're hesitant to use given our experience.
We'd like a full refund for the unused portion of the treatment, as we were unable to complete it due to the expired products and there are no proper doctor available, very week doctor keeps changing which resulting in lots of hair loss. We haven't received a satisfactory response regarding this request.
