boult earbuds - Wrong product delivered

Ordered Boult Ear Bud through Flipkart, but instead of Boult delivered non-branded not even in working condition local Item. The delivery Guy delivered with Unsealed Package. In This regards We called Flipkart, they said This pack is opened and taken photo by the delivery Guy, so Return is not possible. This delivery Guy taken out the original product and kept non-branded item and delivered. To confirm this if you ask him the photo of the product at the time of delivery.
