boult earbuds - One of my ear bud is not working now

I have purchased Boult audio X* buds true wireless in Ear earbuds from amazon on **th june ****. Now one the ead bud is not working. I need to replace it with a new one. I have registered warranty extension form everything. Please do the needful as soon as possible.
